The services may be well worth it though the book is missing more meat and potatos. I can't remember any marketing tips or an explanation of how he analyzes businesses in detail. nice read. I learned a lot from the book.
This book is straight to the point and has some of the best sample documents I've seen. It is well written and insightful.
I consider this book a must read if you need an introduction into the LBO game.

This book really is a great primer for today looking to get into the business of buying businesses. Highly recommended
I still have questions. The book said that he didn't buy business on that were listed for sale so I kind of expected a chapter on where to find those business that are not listed. No answers there. It was a feel good book but I was hoping for more of a manual.
